Refund Policy Because all Benedicta products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased and delivered. If you experience any problem downloading your file, or if there is an error in the product, please contact me within 7 days and I'll make it right — whether that means resending the file or correcting the issue.
